The registration of a payment card using the donor portal provides a highly secure way to enable recurring donations. You control the payment authority, no one sees your credit card details but you. Card details ARE NOT stored on our system. A payment token is generated by our secure payment gateway that can only be used on your account and only by Christians for Israel Australia. You can delete the payment token at any time.

What can a payment token be used for?

Creating a payment token does not authorise any donation on it's own. It simply allows a subsequent  authorised donation or subscription to be automatically deducted. Examples include sponsoring a Holocaust Survivor, or giving a periodic donation. These processes are automated providing convenience for you and reducing the administrative load on our volunteers.

How to Register your Payment Card

Below you can see the steps to register your card.

1. Login to the C4I Australia portal https://myaccount.c4israel.com.au/web/login 

2. 1. Enter your registered email and password. If you don't have a password, check the forgotten password link to obtain a new one.

   2. If you can't access your account, please see below for instructions.
      

3. Select My Account from the menu 

4. Select Manage my payment methods

5. Enter the Card details and press Add new Card

For an existing card, press the Delete button to remove the payment token. 

If you can't access your account

For your account to be active, you must have an email account registered with us and your account enabled for Portal access. For all new subscribers that sign up directly on the portal, this is automatic. However, if you have been with us for a while, there maybe a number of factors as to why your account won't work. The best thing to do in this instance is to email ebelcher@c4israel.com.au and your account will be checked and tested. You will then be notified that your account is ready and can be accessed.
